all my british friends are doing this. my beauty products of choice.

Hair

Shampoo: Pantene Pro-V Brunette Expressions Daily Color Enhancing Shampoo

Conditioner: Pantene Pro-V Brunette Expressions Daily Color Enhancing Conditioner

Styling products: Bed Head TIGI Hard Head Hard Hold Hairspray, Catwalk TIGI Frisky Scrunching Gel With Attitude, Bed Head TIGI Mastermind Hair Candy for Separation & Texture. I don't swear by any of it. I really need a good straightener and a good hairdryer, but I can't make myself spend my money on hair-styling products because I really despise styling my hair.

Body

Shower gel: Dove go fresh Energize Beauty Body Wash

Body Moisturiser: Curél Ultra Healing Intensive Moisture Lotion. (I don't have dry skin but I love lots of moisture and no scent.)

Deodrant: Dove go fresh Cool Essentials.

Fake Tan: Absolutely none.

Face

Cleanser: Dove Deep Moisture Face Cleansing Cloths, Clinique Rinse-Off Foaming Cleanser.

Eye Makeup Remover: Clinique Take The Day Off Makeup Remover For Lids, Lashes & Lips, Clinique Rinse-Off Eye Makeup Solvent.

Exfoliator: MAC Volcanic Ash Exfoliator

Moisturizer: Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion

Face Masks: I have an Arbonne fyi Face Mask I like but I can't find it in my bathroom or online. They might not make it anymore..

Make-up

Primer: MAC Prep+Prime Skin

Foundation: It varies, but my favorites are MAC Studio Fix Fluid, MAC Studio Fix Powder + Foundation, and MAC Studio Sculpt.

Foundation brush: Varies depending on the foundation I use, but my favorites are MAC 190 and MAC 187.

Concealer: Don't use it often, but MAC Studio Finish Concealer for blemishes, MAC Select Moisturecover for under eye area, and MAC Studio Sculpt Concealer.

Powder: MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural.

Blusher: MAC Peachykeen, MAC Trace Gold, MAC Mocha.

Bronzer: MAC Golden Bronzing Powder.

Highlighter: Any of my many MAC Mineralize Skinifinishes, and MAC Mineralize Sheersheen Powder/Loose.

Eyeshadow base: Urban Decay Primer Potion in combination with MAC Paint Pot.

Eyeshadows: MAC. I have more than I've bothered to count. It grows constantly, so..

Eyeliner: MAC.

Eyelash curler: Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler

Mascara: MAC Plushlash and MAC Dazzlelash.

Lipstick: MAC.

Lipgloss: MAC.

Nail polish: MAC, OPI, and Essie for colors.. Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat my beauty products of choice.

YAY for british friends!

if you ever do invest in some expensive straighteners, for the LOVEEE of god, don't get chi's. i noticed that they were raved about over there, so i bought a pair for my house on that side of the pond (seeing as i'm sick of lugging my straighteneres back and forth) i paid something like $80 for them at one of those discount outlets that also have CCO's.

now, i don't know if it's because the electric currents are different out there or if the water isn't as kind to my hair as english water (i don't think we have floride in our water, unlike florida) but they were rubbish! yes they straighten things out, but not to the poker straight standards of my GHD's. maybe i'm just being fussy and having a moan and maybe it IS because of the water over there and the fact that my hair is just not use to it. but when i spend $80 on a hair tool, i expect to atleast be happy with the end result. needless to say, i didn't return it, but i would have if i could of been bothered.

i can't waitttt to try studio scuplt out. i'm fed up of my current foundation and need something newww.. and a new concealer for that matter. i don't think nw20 is cuttin' it for me anymore, it seems too light under my eyes, but then i tried nw25 and that was too orange/dark. :( boo

yeah, i have been lusting after a ghd for a long time now. i have heard a lot of people complain about chi's and i know that ghd is the best in the market.. i want the ghd iv dark styler or the hot pink one :D they're just so expensive...

you might want to try an nc just to see if it can get to that in-between color you're at now. but i definitely recommend studio sculpt. make sure to ask the ma to explain to you how to apply it - you need the TINIEST bit for your entire face, and it's a bit hard to get used to at first.. but it looks awesome. i use mineralize skinfinish natural over it (like i do with studio fix fluid) and it's beeeeautiful
